My path into digital delivery hasn’t been accidental—it’s been built through hands-on experience, solving real problems, and working in environments where outcomes actually matter. That includes navigating complex projects, working across teams, and making sure delivery isn’t just on time—but effective. I’ve been involved in initiatives where alignment, communication, and execution were the difference between success and failure.
What sets my perspective apart is that I’ve seen digital delivery from the inside. Not just the theory, but the day-to-day reality—tight deadlines, shifting priorities, stakeholder pressure, and the constant need to adapt. Those experiences have shaped how I approach problems: pragmatically, strategically, and with a focus on outcomes over process for the sake of process.
Through what I’ve achieved so far, I’ve built a foundation of credibility grounded in real-world experience. This podcast is an extension of that—sharing insights, lessons, and conversations that reflect what actually works in digital delivery, not just what sounds good in theory.
I’m still learning, still refining my approach, and still pushing to get better—but everything I share comes from a place of doing the work, not just talking about it.
Today, I’m focused on building and contributing to businesses that sit at the cutting edge of digital engineering and delivery.
I’ve taken an entrepreneurial path—creating and working with ventures that don’t just follow industry trends, but aim to shape them. That means staying close to emerging technologies, modern delivery practices, and the evolving ways organisations bring digital products and services to life.
Outside of work, I’m grounded by what matters most. I’m married to an amazing, supportive woman, and together we’re raising three kids. They’re a constant reminder of why I do what I do—and they keep me balanced, motivated, and focused on building something that lasts.
What drives me is the opportunity to keep evolving—learning faster, building smarter, and staying at the forefront of how digital engineering continues to change.
