Ep 01. What Is The Digital Delivery Podcast?
In this episode, I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share why I’m starting this podcast.
The podcast brings together perspectives from across the full project and asset lifecycle — from planning and design through to delivery and operations — helping connect how decisions made early can influence outcomes long after handover. By focusing on real experiences and practical insights, it aims to support a more consistent, connected, and value-driven approach to digital delivery across the industry.
In this episode, I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share why I’m starting this podcast. I’ve spent years working across digital engineering — from drafting, to leadership, to consulting on digital enablement — and along the way, I’ve seen what works, what doesn’t, and met some incredible people shaping how digital delivery is actually done. This podcast is my way of bringing those people into the conversation.
Daniel Buckle is the founder of Dan Buckle Digital and Buckle Creative Studios, working across infrastructure projects to help organisations better apply digital engineering, data, and media in real-world delivery environments. His experience spans digital delivery, content production, and building systems that support clearer communication and better project outcomes.
Through The Digital Delivery Podcast, Daniel connects with industry leaders, project teams, and practitioners to unpack what’s working, what’s not, and how digital can better support real project outcomes. His focus is simple: bridging the gap between digital intent and delivery.
